Stock Controller

Freight company in Northern Suburbs looking to add a Stock Controller to their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Essential).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Stock Controller.
- Strong persuasive and outstanding organisational skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Willingness to work additional hours from time to time due to nature of business.
Duties: Operational: - Assist the TempCheck team on daily tasks.
- PO Files and Transporter mails to update templates utilized.
- Assist on some weekends with TC duties.
Stock Management: - Distribution of ALL templates to transporters, cold stores, and different offices; stock sheet updated and future date of GEO's where necessary.
- Reconciling of delivery notes.
- Acknowledgement letters.
- Recon and stock count at all locations, via email/physical.
- Weekly stock recon for GEO's to all parties.
- Monthly Stock recon for all templates allocated/unallocated.
