- Accounting & Transactional
- Monthly review and accurate reconciliation
- All balance sheet accounts
- Profit & loss accounts with variance analysis
- Margin analysis of the services delivered
- Reconciliation of inter-company figures
- Ensuring controls, management reports, exception reports are created , produced and reviewed for accuracy and on time.
- Business Reporting & Analysis
- Preparing and developing monthly management reports
- Monthly Financial reviews and comparisons to Budget and prior year for income statement, balance sheet and cashflow
- Working capital analysis and planning
- Performance insight related to non-financial drivers eg clients, initiations
- Extract data to prepare and develop Management Information and Business Intelligence to act as true business partner to Country Heads, CFO, CEO, etc.
Qualifications: - Qualified in CIMA / ACCA or local equivalent (necessary)
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures and policies
- Month end close and financial statement reconciliations and comparisons
- Data systems and structures
