A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and flexible Administration Team Leader to become part of the planning process for the Grantham NDC Distribution management structure.
You’ve got to be proactive, a Team Leader and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
The role of Distribution Admin Team Leader will be to manage a small team of admin personnel ensuring that they cover all their role specific duties and responsibilities.
You will have:
- The ability to be pro-active regarding your self-development and that of your team
- Good communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Great literacy and numeracy skills
- IT skills and knowledge of SAP (essential)
- Time management and administration know-how
- The ability to manage a small team under your own initiative
- The ability to be flexible
- To be involved in the training and coaching of your team and new personnel
- Multi operational knowledge and training
- Manage the team rotas & check holiday cover
- Manage Distribution Accident process as well as Cost Tracker, Fuel and KPI’s
