Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Financial Oversight Responsibilities Manage daily, monthly, and annual finances for the CIA Ensure payroll, administrative tasks, and statutory obligations are met Provide weekly cash flow updates to management Maintain a fixed asset register with accurate depreciation Oversee insurance coverage and annual asset assessments Handle petty cash and monitor office expenses Ensure timely invoicing of debtors and payments to creditors Submit statutory returns, including SARS e-filing and VAT Payroll Management Process monthly payroll in accordance with HR records Maintain organized payroll and HR documentation Office Coordination Manage travel arrangements Address IT issues or coordinate with service providers Asset and Inventory Control Track all equipment and ensure assets are logged and returned Manage orders for stationery and office supplies Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a bookkeeping role Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage VIP software Skilled in processing WCA, CIPC, DOL, and SETA returns Qualification: Degree or diploma Contact ANNARI STANDER on astandercommunicate.co.za, quoting the Ref: CTF019760.
