Our client seeks a dynamic, self-starter to join their team as Loans Consultant – Johannesburg, East Rand
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12
- 3-5 years’ experience in the micro-lending/ financial industries
- Proven experience in consistently achieving sales targets
- Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle – a requisite
- Proficient in the use of MS Office; specifically, MS Excel
- Working knowledge of Proloan / Compuscan would be highly advantageous
- Applicants must be able to converse in English, Zulu, Sepedi and Sotho

- Applicants must be self-motivated and target driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with individuals at various levels
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;
- Maintain existing client relationships while developing the client base within the region
- Manage supplier relationships through continuous engagement
- Be actively responsible for marketing and promoting loan products
- Conduct presentations to clients
- Interpret credit reports and provide feedback on same
- Be responsible for administration; completing and submitting loan agreements
