*Job Opportunity: RTR Head of Reporting*

_Salary: Up to £85,000 (subject to experience) + Bonus (up to 25%) & Car Allowance_
Join a global leader in the manufacturing sector and take charge of the *Reporting Strategy*! As the *RTR Head of Reporting*, you will lead a dynamic team and shape financial insights, transforming traditional reporting into a best-in-class commercial analysis function.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead the *Global Reporting Centre of Excellence*, recruiting and managing a team of up to 12 FTE.
* Own and drive the *Global Reporting Transformation*, delivering real-time, actionable commercial insights.
* Collaborate with senior leaders, including the Board and cross-functional teams, to define and meet financial reporting requirements.
* Lead the development of SAP-based *Financial & Commercial Reporting Tools*.
* Standardise reporting and analytics across business units, supporting global operations.
*Requirements:*
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with experience in *Financial & Commercial Reporting*.
* Strong knowledge of *SAP ECC6 / S4 HANA / BW / SAC*.
* Experience in leading financial transformation programs.
* Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive change.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 office days per week and some global travel.
