Key tasks and responsibilities: To be successful as a Customer Care Agent, you should have a pleasant personality and patiently assist clients. You should also be able to deal with any customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, whilst proactively engaging existing clientele. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately this position serves as our direct contact feature with our clientele Handle general customer queries Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems Resolve fundamental product technical issues Assisting and Training customers on company Products and Software Handle customer complaints.
