Purpose Build out of Business Central (ERP) to fulfil comprehensive management accounting function including billing, debtors and creditors control as well as inter-group consolidation of accounts. Objective To set up Business Central as its ERP to integrate with the rest of Microsoft 365 applications (CRM and Field Service) to serve as its management accounting and billing system. Key responsibilities Assistance in preparation of monthly management accounts Inter-company entries and consolidation Billing and capturing of costs Debtors and creditors management Cost control and inventory management Skill set: Solid independent accounting experience, ideally using Business Central Ability to manage financial administration of a South African business Advantageous Business Central setup and management skills or broader Microsoft 365 experience PowerBI experience Bonus Knowledge or experience with Dutch domestic accounting and tax system. Knowledge Independent administration of management accounts, budget and forecast, cost control and billing as well as VAT and Income tax management. Requirements: B.Comm Accounting or similar Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in Afrikaans and English is essential.
