Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines are developed to govern the development and maintenance of short-, medium-, and long-term CAPEX budgets for associated contracts.
- Develop FM operational budgets (short- and medium-term) and ensure compliance.
- Engage with different customer groups at a senior level to determine associated business plans and requirements.
- Interpret customer business plans into FM requirements and ensure customer satisfaction at agreed levels.
- Determine the impact of customer requirements on existing SLAs and applicable agreements.
- Ensure strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines are developed to understand the general business environment in which the customer operates.
- Devise communication and change management strategies to ensure the successful implementation of culture and strategies.
- Define key performance areas and ensure the development of KPIs and contract compliance activities.
- Engage with service providers to develop their service delivery strategies.
- Define broad contract requirements and principles for supplier contracts in collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Ensure service strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines are developed to ensure service delivery meets required quality and safety standards, as well as environmental responsibility.
- Determine the appropriate strategy and culture required to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure strategies, mechanisms, and guidelines exist to identify applicable statutory guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Ensure required customer policies are identified and developed.
- Ensure adherence to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Degree or B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Government Certificate of Compliance (GCC)
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Valid SA Driver's License
- 16 years relevant working experience (8 years Engineering experience, 8 years Senior Management experience)
- Experience in CRM & Property Management
- SAP Knowledge
- OHS Act
- ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems
