Job Description Summary :
Our Media & Creative integrated Agency is looking for a Mid-weight Traffic and Operations Manager to partner across all channels and departments, driving excellence and creating valuable ways of working for our integrated Clients as well as supporting our Village agency model.
The Operations Manager oversees operations across all channels for our integrated clients. They partner with MDs to ensure process and projects are aligned with the agency's strategic objectives and meet client experience excellence.
The Operations Manager works as a go-between that connects account managers to other departments within the agency, working closely with Client, Digital, Media and Creative teams ensuring everyone is on the same page and that projects progress smoothly.
They are responsible for creating and maintaining project timelines and ensuring that deliverables are met on-time, communicating appropriately.
They play a crucial role in resource management to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standard within the adhered budget and time.

Responsibilities:
Traffic management:
- Support account operations within agency
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions for improving client and team delivery processes
- Identify best practices and develop new systems, processes and tools for complex integrated client work
- Oversee the agency workflow and establish client specific processes to ensure efficiencies and highest quality of deliverables
- Assign tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasks
- Conduct a daily morning meeting to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks
- Communicate any issues with the team
- Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with the team
- Initiate new jobs for the client and create timelines and tasks for the work to be done (future planning)
- Review the timeline with the Account Managers to get client approval
- Monitor project budgets and address any potential overages
- Manage project-related documentation, including amendments, change orders, and status reports
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost project efficiency
Operations Management:
- Manage the pipeline of projects and finance reporting
- Work with agency leads to identify potential out-of-scope data projects that add value to our clients
- Log all new potential projects and allocate the right team to scope the opportunity
- Make sure that actions are taken, and deadlines are met to push the opportunity forward
- Ensure that all financial reporting across the agency is aligned, flagging any discrepancies and working with agency leads to fix any issues with reporting
- Manage the delivery of projects
- Support team culture and collaborative agency working
- Build and manage communities of specialists across the network, organising sessions to share work and work on cross-agency development projects
- Support and manage initiatives to improve team culture, communication from leadership and sharing of work – such as newsletters and team meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Management or Operations or Traffic Management
- Experienced advertising agency experience and preferable media agency
- Attention to detail

- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Support team culture and collaborative agency working
- Able to adapt to work with different personalities
- Proficient in all standard applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chase
