With over 25 years of industry expertise, they are a leading provider of workforce solutions across various sectors, specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). They excel in delivering staffing services from pickers/packers to senior management, consistently providing exceptional service.
Workforce:
- Managing a workforce of approximately 2800 to 3500 employees, primarily blue-collar and seasonal. They prioritize stability and seek individuals with a history of commitment, avoiding candidates with frequent job changes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be in the field of TES (Temporary Employment Services)
- Lead and oversee the Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact point and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Actively participate in client presentations, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions, representing the company at various levels, including board meetings.
- Implement effective client acquisition strategies, utilizing prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the client portfolio.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts, including rate adjustments, budgeting, and cost management, to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and financial transactions, adhering to set deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and industry standards, such as the Labor Relations Act, Bargaining Council agreements, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, effective communication, and professional development among team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Generate monthly reports and performance metrics for clients.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- While a degree is not mandatory, candidates must possess a minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Possession of relevant certifications in business management, HR, or related fields would be advantageous.
