Key Responsibilities Oversee daily import and export operations, ensuring efficient flow and problem resolution. Plan and dispatch trucks in line with transport requirements and schedules. Maintain communication with transporters and clients to coordinate deliveries and collections. Handle port bookings and manage pre-advise requirements through NAVIS. Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, track progress, and address any operational challenges. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards. Proven experience in the containerized transport or logistics industry. Familiarity with NAVIS software for port bookings and pre-advise is highly advantageous. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle after-hours and weekend requirements as needed.
