Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling educational equipment and solutions to academic institutions, technical schools, and training centers. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales abilities to develop and maintain strong relationships with educational clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their teaching and training needs.
Minimum Requirements: - Matric
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Education Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Deep understanding of educational equipment, laboratory setups, and simulation software
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Representative, or Educational Consultant is highly essential
- This position will require frequent travel to client sites and educational institutions throughout South Africa
- Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector
- Provide expert advice on the selection and implementation of educational equipment
- Conduct on-site visits, workshops, and training sessions to demonstrate the effective use of our products
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the educational sector, including new technologies and teaching methods
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery and installation of equipment
- Manage timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
