Bookkeeper required for outstanding Co. in Bedfordview.
Salary between R 10,000 and R 22,000 per month - depending on studies and experience. Company will provide laptop with all relevant software.
Well spoken person English and Afrikaans - age <30 preferably. Must be deadline driven.
Own Transport required - must reside within 40km from offices in Bedfordview and willing to travel or relocate.
Accounting / Bookkeeping related under-graduate studies - 2 days per module on first attempt.
• Must have firm Bookkeeping exp (i.e. Multiple Clients) - Monthly processing of bank, customers, suppliers, journals and preparation of VAT returns.
• Software experience: Sage Cloud Accounting, Xero, QuickBooks online and Pastel Partner. Payroll administration exp and added advantage: Sage Cloud Payroll, Simple Pay, Sage VIP - preparation of monthly payroll reports, payslips, etc. Preparation of EMP/Payroll returns for salaries and /or wages.
• Position will require travelling to Clients from time to time - ravel cost will be reimbursed.
