Global Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)
- In this role, you will manage the global portfolio strategy to ensure alignment with corporate business targets
- You will also serve as a key interface between regional and local product managers, collaborating with global teams such as R&D, Procurement, Production, and Technical
- As a Global Portfolio Manager (m/f/d), you will develop a global portfolio strategy for Knauf Aquapanel by comparing product portfolios across regions and identifying areas for improvement
- Additionally, you will translate the identified product requirements into global projects, ensuring they are integrated into the R&D innovation pipeline while also initiating cost reduction strategies
- Finally, you will track global business results, including sales, volume, and EBITDA, while ensuring that country organizations continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to remain responsive to market demands
- You have established the basis for your professional journey through a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- Proven experience in product management, extensive technical expertise will distinguish you
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify market trends and portfolio gaps to develop effective product strategies are mandatory for this position
- Willing to travel internationally for business, dedicating up to 30% of working time to travel commitments
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages like German are an advantage), and you interact actively and transparently across different hierarchical levels, departments, and countries
