Our Warrington based client are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis.
*Job Title:* Accounts Administrator
*Reports to*: Finance Manager
*Overall purpose:* Assist with accounts administration for both companies.
*Hours: * 20-30 hours – over 3 to 4 full days essential days must include Thur & Fri
*Salary*: £25,000 - £26,000 (pro rata)
*Key Duties:*
· Company credit card administration
· Weekly custom clearance submissions
· Processing purchase invoices
· Processing employee expenses
· Provide holiday cover for the finance team
· Assisting with annual stock take administration
· Assist with other accounting duties as required
· Payroll administration – collating information for submission to payroll bureau

· Excellent Excel knowledge
· Ability to work in faced paced environment

* Willing learner / curious about systems and processes
· Attention to detail with strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently
* Confident in using multiple bespoke software systems
* Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team

*Qualifications Required:*
· AAT qualifications
· Excellent Excel skills
