*Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics*

*Aspect Healthcare* are excited to be partnered within one of UK's leading private hospital Groups in their search to find a *Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner *for their busy Theatre department. You will be joining a fantastic team who aim to provide the highest quality care, supporting each patients’ individual needs. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week and would require the candidate to be able to cover a flexible shift pattern.
*The role:*
* Deliver safe quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care.
* To support, coordinate and actively assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
* Provide quality planned care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care by ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership.
* Lead in the delivery of patient care, during a list or specified period of time.
* Ensure that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with the policy and that all practitioners adhere to the policy.
* Contribute to quality improvement.
* Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
* Promote best evidence based practice within own scope of practice.
* Apply legislation, policies and procedures correctly.
*The Requirements:*
* NMC / HCPC Pin with no Restrictions.
* Up to date knowledge in area of practice.
* Mentorship qualification.
* Anaesthetic module.
