*Aspect Healthcare *is thrilled to present an incredible opportunity for a seasoned *Scrub Nurse* to join our client's exceptional team in Theatres! This is a full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours) with a flexible shift pattern designed to support work-life balance.
*About the Role:* As a valued Scrub Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative phase. You’ll prepare, organise, and manage all necessary surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables across a range of procedures. Your expertise will help promote best practices within your scope of work, ensuring all legislation, policies, and procedures are followed.
*Requirements:*
* Registered NMC/HCPC PIN with no restrictions.
* A minimum of 5 years of scrub experience in theatres, specialising in orthopaedics or ophthalmology.
* Proven ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a surgical environment.
