As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate estimates, programs, and cashflow budgets for civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed civil estimates, programs, and cashflow budgets. Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify commercial risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with local content regulations and other tender requirements. Prepare and check bills of quantities, materials take-offs, and subcontract documentation. Conduct site visits, interpret geotechnical reports, and identify associated risks. Adhere to company estimating and procurement procedures. Optimize costing, determine rate build-ups, and conduct bid analysis. Requirements: BSc, BTech, or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience as an Estimator in a medium to large construction company. At least 5 years of experience using Candy (CCS) software. Minimum 5 years of practical on-site experience. Proven ability to develop professional tenders for civil construction projects. Strong understanding of civil specifications and contract conditions.
