The support needs of the people we support vary a lot. Some people are very independent and manage most areas of their lives very well. They might just need some support with managing their finances or attending medical appointments etc.
Others require more help, so we support people with every aspect of their lives, from household chores like cooking, cleaning and laundry, to personal care, to taking part in their favourite activities, like going out for dinner, sports, watching movies and clubs. You might support someone to achieve a lifetime ambition, like find a job or visit Rome.
Our intentions are simple. We want to support people to *live as independently as possible*, and we want them to *live their best lives*.
