Working hours: 06:00-16:00 Monday to Thursday
About the job:
- Interpret and work from production tickets to ensure accurate specifications.
- Prepare panels and handles, ensuring all specifications align with the production ticket.
- Visually inspect finished products to guarantee 100% accuracy right first time, every time.
- Identify and remove any flaws, recording necessary data and informing the Technical Lead Operatives.
- Monitor scrap/yield and report regularly.
- Work with the team to overcome assembly line issues and boost productivity.
- Keep a clean, safe working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.
About you:
- Previous experience in embroidery is essential.
- Experience with Happy Embroidery and Tajima machines is a plus (training will be provided).
- A proactive, flexible approach to handling day-to-day tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
