Job Requirements: Attract new business through promoting, marketing and selling existing products to customers within the scope of the company and profile. Expand existing business, support, assess, train and visit existing customers on a regular basis and maintain good customer relations. Identify and conduct market research on possible target markets. Market the product via telephone, cold calling and at venues. On a regular basis train and update users on the system and promote new functionality. Regularly interact with and visit all customers or their businesses. Arrange workshops for top clients to improve their product knowledge and successfully implement products. Experience: 5 years minimum relevant experience in sales, marketing and customer relationships. Managing clients and client relationships. Experience with direct customer contact. Experience with presenting proposals to clients on all levels. Working towards and achieved clear sales targets. Education: Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential. Degree in marketing, advertising or communication is beneficial. Formal sales or marketing qualification would be preferred. Short courses will be advantageous. Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payments solutions will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office.
