Duties & Responsibilities
Key Requirements:
- Matriculation and NQF Level 5 Certification: Demonstrated academic excellence and a strong foundation in long-term insurance principles.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Extensive experience in the long-term insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
- X Plan Experience: Preferably familiar with X Plan software, enabling efficient handling of client service tasks.
- Comprehensive Skills: Proficient in various aspects of client service operations, including claims processing, withdrawals, investment switches, policy services, beneficiary changes, new investments, and life assurance applications.
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all client service transactions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling all aspects of policy services, including debit orders, address changes, cessions, withdrawals, surrenders, beneficiary nominations, and claims processing.
- Providing exceptional client service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client service activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance service delivery.
