We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Senior Staff Nurse to become part of our dedicated family.

As a Senior Pre-Assessment Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients are fully prepared for their procedures and recovery working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In our pre-assessment clinic, you'll conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide invaluable support to patients from various surgical specialties, helping to optimise their health and minimise cancellations. You'll perform essential pre-operative tests and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team. You’ll have the opportunity to use your Leadership abilities to provide guidance and mentorship to the pre-assessment team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to conduct both face-to-face and telephone clinics, making a real difference in our patients' surgical journeys.

NMC Registered
Basic Adult Life Support
Experience in pre-operative assessment, with demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough assessments and developing care plans
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, anaesthesia, and perioperative care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
