Our firm is a start up firm in the Pietermaritzburg region, the firm is looking for staff that it can train and develop. The firm aims to provide audit, reviews, accounting services and tax administration services, with an emphasis on the audit specialism. The appointee will be responsible for the performing of various functions within the business and will report directly to the partner. Duties and responsibilities: Produce client reports Perform audit work Complete tax returns Finalise an audit file and propose an audit opinion Manage personal performance Work effectively in teams Uphold ethics and values and act with integrity Write clearly and succinctly Set clear objectives and plan activities Work productively and in a challenging environment Requirements: BAccounting, BCom Accounting, BCom Management Accounting, BCom Financial Accounting, or equivalent Computer literacy. Ability to work in a team. Excellent attention to detail. Drivers licence and own transport. (preferable) Ability to work remotel. (preferable)
