Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
- Project Development: Lead and manage trade marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet brand standards and business goals.
- Launch Support: Provide comprehensive support for product launches, ensuring all trade marketing aspects are executed seamlessly.
- Campaign and Promotions Planning/Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional campaigns, ensuring they effectively drive key business performance indicators.
- Merchandising Excellence: Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure brand visibility and product availability in-store.
- Campaign Evaluation: Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- New Store Openings: Support new store openings by coordinating all trade marketing activities to ensure a successful launch.
- In-store Execution: Ensure flawless execution of trade marketing initiatives in-store to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Branding being preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or QSR industry. - Proven experience working within a management or leadership team, with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to use these tools effectively to manage projects and analyze data.
