Job Description:

Recruitment and Staffing
1. Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
2. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
3. Conduct background checks and reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
4. Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
5. Assist in the onboarding process, including orientation and introduction to company policies.
Employee Relations
1. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment conditions.
2. Facilitate conflict resolution and provide advice on disciplinary matters.
3. Assist in investigations of employee complaints and grievances.
4. Support the HR Manager in handling workplace disputes and promoting positive employee relations.
5. Organise employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
1. Provide managers with guidance on addressing employee performance issues.
2. Monitor employee progress through performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Training and Development
1. Identify skills gaps and assist in planning employee development programs.
2. Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
3. Maintain training records and certifications.
4. Coordinate mentorship programme.
HR Compliance and Policies
1. Ensure adherence to labour laws and company HR policies.
2. Keep up-to-date with employment law changes and update policies as needed.
3. Assist in drafting and revising HR policies and procedures.
Employee Data Management
1. Generate HR reports on turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
2. Prepare documentation for audits and legal compliance.
3. Provide HR data analysis and insights to management for decision-making.
General Administrative Duties
1. Prepare HR-related correspondence, including memos and internal announcements.
2. Assist in organising employee files, HR records, and legal documentation.
3. Organise and schedule HR meetings and interviews.
4. Provide administrative support to HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Postgraduate experience would be an advantage in the following areas:
