Recruiter with French & Spanish (Dutch is a strong plus)
As part of our global talent acquisition team, you will be supporting the recruitment process for international projects.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years experience (or equivalent) in recruiting field
- High level of self-organization
- Hands-on and can-do mentality
- Handle end-to-end recruiting on a global level
- Develop recruiting strategies for specific fields
- Consult business on hiring: who/where/when?
- Take the lead for special projects
- Provide KPI updates
