- 6+ years of Restaurant management experience
- Ability to manage & train staff - a must
- Strong customer relations skills
- Strong front of house and general kitchen management experience
Main duties will include:
- Stock control
- Cash ups
- Floor management
- Opening & closing procedures

The venue also handles functions, so experience in function and events management is beneficial.
