As a Contact Centre Consultant at RealNZ, you will be the go-to person for telephone, webchat, and email enquiries from guests and agents. Your expertise in providing exceptional service will be essential in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued customers. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of experiences that showcase the beauty of New Zealand.

This role is based in Queenstown, therefore candidates must be based in Queenstown to be considered.

What We're Looking For:

Previous reservations experience is highly desirable.
Ability to effectively manage your time and multitask in a demanding environment.
Proactive and professional communication style with a personable approach.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shift work as required.
Strong numerical aptitude with confidence in working with pricing and adjustments.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Someone who is driven to succeed and loves the challenge of meeting sales targets.
