Senior Civil Resident Engineer
We are recruiting for a Senior Civil Resident Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site position but will be reporting to the office when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client Liaison and Engagement.
- Co-ordinate and Manage Assistant Resident Engineers responsible for various work packages.
- Review Designs and Drawings and check for correctness.
- Monitor Construction Activities.
- Quality and Cost Control and Reporting.
- Contract Administration using various contracts including NEC4.
- Adherence to Company ISO9001 QMS System.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 15+ years of experience in a Civil Engineering Consultancy and Monitoring of Construction Projects.
- Competency in the Water and Sanitation Field, including Bulk Water and Bulk Sanitation.
- Competency in Contract Administration with NEC3/4 experience an advantage.
- General Municipal Services an added advantage.
- Must have Pr TechEng, registered with ECSA.
- PrCPM an added advantage.
