Position: Store Manager

Location: Standerton- Mpumalanga
Position Overview:
As a Store Manager at Studio 88 Group of Companies, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the retail store by effectively managing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales assistants, maintaining store standards, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience required:
- 3-5 years in a sales environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
- Managing stock, tracking stock, and implementing control measures to minimize stock losses.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Management of staff reporting to you.
Skills required:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
- Possessing a deep understanding of product knowledge (Clothing brands, Apparel, and accessories) will be advantageous.
- Well-spoken in English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Time Management: Effective handle multiple tasks, including staffing, stock, and administrative duties.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to create appealing store displays and floor layouts that maximize sales potential.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to encourage repeated sales.
