Your Role

Taking responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the elaboration of global end-to-end Inbound-to-Outbound business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS IQR segment and IT experts

Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners

Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing

Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes

Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system

Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition

Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training

Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

2-6 years of relevant professional experience with reference in logistics and supply chain of Devices

In-depth understanding of E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes like (Extended) warehouse management, Transportation management, Management of 3PL, Integration with logistics-related processes & systems, e.g., AEB for foreign trade

Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholder

Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems

Relevant industry knowledge
