*Staff Nurse - Surgical Ward (Nights)*

*Aspect Healthcare *are proud to be partnered with one of the UKs leading Private Hospital Groups in their search to find an Experienced Registered Nurses for their hospital in Bath. This is a full-time permanent role consisting of 37.5 hours a week, nights only.
*What we need from you?*
* NMC Registered with no restrictions on pin.
* Previous experience of working in a surgical ward is required.
* Understanding of the role and its expectations.
* Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
*What will your duties be?*
* Ensure that high standards of patient care are consistently upheld in line with operational policies and procedures, focusing on improving customer service and user satisfaction.
* As an experienced member of the nursing team, promote and protect the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient.
* Accurately prepare and maintain clinical records, adhering to Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines on documentation and record-keeping.
* Maintain a professional demeanor in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and the standards set by the HCPC.
