We have an Amazing Community Chemotherapy Nurse role available in Liverpool.
Salary up to £42,000 – plus company car or car allowance of £4800
Full time: 37.5hrs
Specialist Community Chemotherapy Nurse:
· Manage a caseload of multiple patients, with varying conditions and needs
· Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their specific care requirements
· Develop individualised care plans based on the assessment findings, ensuring management against these
· Update care plans periodically based on the patient’s condition
· Administer medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals
· Monitor vital signs and perform clinical assessment as required
· Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and risk-based decision-making at all times
· Report changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel
Specialist Community Chemotherapy Nurse Requirements:
· Registered Nurse – NMC Valid
· 2 years of Chemotherapy experience/ SACT Passport
· Proficiency in various clinical procedures such as IV administration, medication management, and patient assessment
· Hold a full U.K Driving licence
