Purpose
To provide strategic management and leadership to the Human Capital Management

Qualification / Experience
- Honours degree or equivalent qualification (NQF 8) in Human Resources Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or Labour Relations or Human Resource Development
- 8 years' relevant management experience in Human Capital Management
Knowledge
In-depth Knowledge of HR practices: Recruitment, Talent development, Performance management, Labour relations, Organisational Development, Change Management and Employee Remuneration and Benefits; In-depth knowledge of Employment practices & compliance (Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act); Very Good Knowledge of HR Metrics: Analysis and interpretation of statistical data/HR analytics; Good Business Acumen: Strategic Planning & Management; Good Knowledge of Public Sector Legislation (PFMA and etc.); Good HR Consulting Skills; Good Project Management Skills; Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills; Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills; Strong Presentation Skills; Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills; Strong Planning and Organising Skills; Strong Conflict and Dispute Resolution Skills.
