*Doctors Direct* have an exciting opportunity for a *Consultant, *to work with us at *Altrincham Health and Wellbeing Centre and/or Kingsgate House in Stockport in Dermatology.*
Support is needed to cover Dermatology Clinics (new patient, follow up and TWW clinics)
*Your key responsibilities will be to:*
* Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with dermatological conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, acne, dermatitis, infections, and rare skin diseases.
* Perform skin surgeries, including excisions, biopsies, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and other dermatological procedures.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using a combination of medical therapies, surgical interventions, and lifestyle modifications.
* Manage complex cases and provide second opinions on challenging diagnoses or treatment plans.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families about dermatological conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
* Engage in shared decision-making with patients, ensuring they are fully informed about their condition and treatment choices.

* Valid GMC
* Right to work in the UK
* Clinical attachment complete – We do not offer placements in the NHS
* Minimum of 3-6 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
