As an ISO-accredited business, our client is committed to maintaining & improving processes and are keen to appoint an experienced HSE Manager to manage their HSE function at their Chesterfield site.
Key Responsibilities:
- HSE Process Implementation and Improvement: Develop and enhance HSE processes to ensure the highest safety standards.
- Employee Training: Conduct training sessions to educate employees on health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and accidents in accordance with company procedures to prevent recurrence.
- Site Audits: Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborative Process Improvement: Work closely with line managers to drive improvements and foster a culture of safety.
Ideal Candidate:
- Manufacturing Experience: Background in a fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Hands-On Approach: Practical and proactive in managing health and safety on-site.
- ISO System Management: Familiarity with maintaining and developing ISO systems (9001, 45001).
- Internal Audi Experience
