We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Regional Manager with a strong background in
agri-chemicals and white-collar management to lead our client's operations in a key market area. In this role, you will oversee sales, operations, and team development, driving growth and delivering exceptional service to clients in the
agricultural sector .
Requirements: - B.Com/B.Sc in Agriculture, Business, a related field; or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities:
- Achieving the regions revenue and profitability.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, induction, performance management, and growth and development to motivate, engage and retain staff to increase and maintain company performance.
- Providing quality mentorship for regional sales representatives while always upholding the companys values.
- Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
- Directing the regions selling activities, including resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Prioritizing effectively with corporate objectives.
- Responsible for the regions forecasting and sales tracking.
- Setting the vision for the region and developing and adhering to a business plan to attain this vision.
- Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the companys success.
- Analyse information and evaluate results to make the best decision in solving problems to provide direction, support and assistance to the region.
- Develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently.
- Encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing mutual respect and cooperation.
- Identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company.
