(There may be scope for this role to bea full-time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference, please get intouch to discuss.)Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required**About the roleWe are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage the Clinical Team at our OptionsRoxby House Adult Services. The team are based at Roxby House close toScunthorpe and also work across our homes in the area. The post holder willwork collaboratively with the Registered Managers and the Locality ClinicalLead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding atherapy caseload. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating theline management of the of the onsite clinical team. Working collaborativelywith sites across our Adult Services in the Scunthorpe area, you will deliverbespoke assessment and intervention programmes for our service users whopresent with complex profiles of need as result of learning disabilities,Autism and other types of neurodivergence, trauma and social, emotional andmental health needs.You will be responsible for holding the therapy caseload with the full supportof our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growingClinical Team, also contributing to staff training and consultation. Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT Experience within the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
