Our client is seeking experienced 1st Charge or 2nd Charge Mortgage & Protection Advisors and Trainee Mortgage Advisors to join their dynamic, exciting, and continuously expanding team.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in sales within a financial services role and hold a CeMAP qualification or working towards it.
Location: Bolton
Salary: 25,500 - OTE 35K - 45K +

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, offering expert advice on suitable mortgage options.
- Assess clients' protection needs and recommend comprehensive solutions, including life insurance, critical illness coverage, and income protection.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' financial goals and preferences.
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and insurance offerings to provide up-to-date advice.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Mortgage advisory qualification - Full CeMAP ( desired but not essential )
- Proven experience in mortgage advising and protection planning.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools for mortgage applications.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related fields.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
