Requirements: Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, and Word Technical expertise in building management and maintenance Experience in repairs and maintenance Access to own transport and cell phone Availability for after-hours emergencies to ensure smooth facility operations Core Responsibilities: Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding day-to-day repairs and maintenance responsibilities Liaise with the security company to address security issues and call-outs during and after business hours Collect and report monthly water and electrical meter readings to Accounts Department on scheduled dates Conduct monthly generator tests in collaboration with facility management and tenants Track daily, weekly, and monthly generator hours and diesel consumption Order and coordinate diesel deliveries Oversee grounds maintenance and coordinate internal and external maintenance tasks on a weekly and monthly basis Perform and supervise minor repairs and maintenance at the facility Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes for consumables, services, and repairs Secure approvals for quoted consumables, services, and repairs If you are a proactive and hands on facility manager looking for a flexible, part-time role, we encourage you to apply.
