Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and review workload of colleagues, ensuring excellent service
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and managing relationships.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance work.
- Develop new and existing relationships with clients by offering top quality advice and customer service.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies for growth and client retention.
About You:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 8 year's experience in managing teams within an accountancy practice.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care and building relationships.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, social environment and enjoys celebrating success.
- Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset.
