We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to conduct day-to-day management of various RSC venues in Stratford-upon-Avon; primarily based at The Other Place. You will be responsible for the delivery of efficient operations, whilst ensuring that staff and visitors receive an exceptional welcome and service whilst on-site. You will also be responsible for the safety and security of the building at the times you are on duty.
Reporting to Operations Manager, key areas of responsibility include (please see the full job description and person specification for the comprehensive list):
- To manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that everyone on-site receives the highest standard of service and that their comfort and safety are guaranteed at all times.
- To undertake responsibilities as the building Person-in-Charge (PIC) across a number of venues ensuring the safety and comfort of staff and visitors and act as the Building Manager/Licensee's representative as required.
- To lead the safe evacuation of the venue in emergency situations, ensuring staff, visitors and venue safety and security at all times.
- To play an active role in the promotion of the RSC's Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Plan, ensuring this is at the heart of all work carried out within the

This is a part-time, fixed-term position for 16 months based in Stratford upon Avon.
You will be working 24 hours per week. The core operational hours of these sites are 8am – 10pm, Monday to Saturday – you will be required to provide good availability at these times and a willingness to work differing and/or extra shifts.
