The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately managing payroll for all employees, including handling payroll changes, third-party payments, and provident fund applications, while ensuring all payroll activities align with legislative requirements and company policies. The Payroll Specialist will liaise across various departments to resolve payroll queries and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include compiling monthly reports, managing time-keeping systems, conducting payroll reconciliation, and staying current with legislative updates. With a focus on efficiency, this role also contributes to Human Capital Strategy through remuneration and benefits input, policy drafting, and audit compliance.
