AUTOMOTIVE TRUCKING INDUSTRY:
To track vehicles and the cargo being transported and to ensure that the vehicles and drivers are safe.
To ensure that the Tracking SOP is updated as per fleet allocation and contact list.
To ensure costs and tracking units are verified.
To ensure customer service is of a high standard and maintained. (Internal and External)
Customer driven, with continuous feedback and performance meetings, to ensure sustainable relationships.
Min 5 years Management/Supervision experience
Min 5 years knowledge of transport industry
Experience with IR policies and procedures
Previous telematics and tracking experience
Netfleet (Profleet), Mix Telematics
Microsoft office
SHERQ
Knowledge of Telematics systems
Experience in a simular role
