Job Description:

The main purpose of this position would be to provide general IT administration and support services to our employees, maintain and support our suite of SaaS applications and the client cloud environment pro-actively, manage our Cybersecurity posture and Information Security Management System (ISMS) as the Information Security Officer (ISO).

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our suite of SaaS applications and integrations
Manage and maintain our email and productivity suite (Google Workplace)
Provide first line support for our cloud production environments
Manage Cybersecurity posture including implementing improvements
Manage DNS records including MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Troubleshooting issues with our systems and networks
Maintaining accurate configuration documentation
Perform duties as the Information Security Officer
Maintain IT policies and procedures in our ISMS
Provide security expertise/consultation when required
Maintain the IT environment to industry regulations such as ISO27001, POPIA/GDPR
Assist in the implementation of changes to strengthen processes, procedures and compliance
Assist teams with planning and adoption of new tools and services
Handle SFTP server setup and issues
General IT Admin incl Desktop Support (Windows & MacOS)
Installing new hardware and software
Manage and maintain Head Office access

Special Requirements:

4 + years’ IT support experience
IT Diploma or Degree
Relevant IT Certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+/N+/S+, CCNA/E, MCSA/E)
Understand security concepts: Firewall, CSR, Certificates, SAN, CA, TLS, Mutual TLS, Cipher Suites
Google Workplace Knowledge/Certification is a plus
Cloudflare Knowledge is a plus
ISO27001 and POPIA/GDPR Knowledge is a plus
Driver's license
Have your own reliable transport
Willingness to travel
Willingness to support after hours
Willingness to assist Ad hoc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per month
