This role does not offer sponsorship.Job SummaryThe Exams and Administration Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspectsof examinations management within the school and coordinating all arrangementsfor public examination entries. The demands of this are seasonal; changes overrecent years to public examinations by the major exam boards have resulted inthe majority of exams now being taken during May and June.When not carrying out duties related to examinations, the post holder willwork as a member of the Administration Team and manage cover arrangements astheir other primary role.The post holder will have: good administrative skills. computer literacy. be highly efficient and organised.The post holder will: be articulate and able to deal sensitively with a variety of situations with teachers, examination invigilators, students, parents, and examination board representatives. have the ability to be clear and assertive whilst remaining calm and composed in a variety of situations. be flexible to switch between roles according to demands and seasonal needs. be available to work during the summer holidays, particularly in August, to process examination results when they come in.About usAt Hillingdon Manor, we provide specialist education for 185 pupils, agedbetween 3.5 and 19.
