Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine vibration data collection, laser alignment, thermal imaging, and oil sampling at customer sites.
• Communicate with customers to ensure our company’s values, objectives, and customer satisfaction are upheld at the highest level.
• Work directly with customers on-site, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
• Keep customers informed and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing condition monitoring reports for both customers and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements:
• Certification in any of the following: Level 1 Vibration Analysis, Level 1 Thermography, Level 1 Ultrasound, or MLT 1 (certification higher than or more than one of these areas is an advantage).
• Experience or knowledge of laser shaft alignment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with customers.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
