GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER / "GRO" - Medical Rejuvenation Spa

REPORTS to: Operations Manger / MD
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Tuesday to Sunday (days off rotate)
- 08:30 - 18:00 including break
- CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays
- 15 Working days off per annual leave cycle
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R15,000 per month (Gross)
- Incentives (at management's discretion)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
- Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma
- ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification
- Medical association certification - BONUS
- Secretarial or Personal Assistance certification - BONUS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Eloquent in English - writing and conversation
- Beautifully groomed & well presented, the face of the business
- Experience operating the front desk of an Aesthetic Clinic, Day Spa or Salon
- Knowledge & understanding of the aesthetic industry
- Exceptional guest/patient relations
- Computer literate & skilled in booking software including ESP, Social Media & MS Office
KPI:
- Digital communication with guests
- Guest preparation for services
- Attend to queries
- Operate incoming calls, e-mails or walk-ins
- Concierge services (recommendations for accommodations & activies)
- Guest check-in & check-out
- Marketing
